Salt Lake Magazine's Top Doctors Physician Survey

Professional Research Services (PRS) is conducting a free, peer-review physician survey for Salt Lake Magazine’s Top Doctors feature. Eligible physicians are invited to nominate local peers they would trust with their own care or the care of a loved one.

For more than 15 years, PRS has worked on professional surveys across the country, serving medical communities and the public by helping publications identify respected professionals through peer nominations and independent research.

Registration is required only to verify physician eligibility. Please register using your full legal first and last name exactly as they appear on your medical license. Only licensed physicians practicing within the eligible Salt Lake area may participate. Winners will be showcased in the November/December 2026 issue.
